Group Recenter + Rest March 30th
Service Description
Hit the reset button... It's time to get centered so you can feel clear, relaxed, and uplifted! Release any built up and stuck energy and get things flowing smoothly again to carry you through life. In this 1.5hr group session, we'll start things off with intention setting and some higher energy activity to work out our wiggles. Don't get scared by the word "higher energy activity" though as everything we do in this session is for all levels. There will be gentle qi gong movement, gentle somatic shaking with the option for more intensity if your body is craving it, and some breathwork meant to bring us to a peak so our bodies can truly move into a state of rest for the remainder of the session. We'll then downregulate our nervous systems by resting with Reiki, letting everything we shook up to the surface in our movement practice to slough off while filling up with fresh divine energy. We'll take a few moments at the end of the session to journal about what insights may have come up for you and how you can live life more as your authentic self. Shake off the stress... Leave with a glow! *Suitable for ages 16+ *Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move *Minimize jewelry (Think long or heavy necklaces that could smack you if you were to do a jumping jack for example. We're not doing jumping jacks in class though lol) *Bring a water bottle *If you know you like a blanket on you during Reiki, be sure to bring a cozy one from home (I'll have a few here in case you forget, but it helps if you bring your own)
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 4 participates are needed for this special event to take place. Please let me know at least 48 hours or more in advance if you need to cancel so I have ample time to try and fill your spot. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, a refund will not be given. Refunds for other situations are up to my discretion.
