Cancellation Policy

Please let me know 24 hours or more in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Everyone gets a free late cancellation/no-show pass, but as business grows and certain time slots are very in demand, a 20% fee will be added to your chart for any future session. For example, if you booked a 2 hour session, your fee would be $30, a 1.5 hr fee would be $24, and a 1 hr fee would be $17.
